Shipping policy

Processing & Production Time All orders are custom-produced and require 4–6 weeks production lead time from order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Shipping Method Orders are shipped via sea freight or air freight depending on order size and urgency. Shipping method will be confirmed at time of order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume and destination. A shipping quote will be provided prior to order confirmation. For large wholesale orders, FOB terms may apply.

Delivery Timeframe Once shipped, estimated delivery to US destinations is 2–4 weeks by sea freight or 5–7 business days by air freight.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties American Tulip LLC ships from Pakistan. Import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
